Reporting an Issue
Please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of receiving your order. When reporting an issue, please share your order details along with photographs or videos clearly showing the product, packaging and nature of the concern.
Please retain the product, original packaging, invoice and all accompanying documents until the matter has been resolved. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Return Process
Once your return request has been approved, the product may be returned to any of our showrooms or sent to us through a reliable courier service. The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer.
The product must be returned unused, with its original packaging, invoice and accompanying documents intact. In the case of a damaged or defective product, it must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team. Approved requests will generally be processed immediately or within three working days of receiving the product.
Delivery, shipping and handling charges incurred on the order will be deducted from the refundable amount at actuals.
