Are all your products made of pure silver?

Are your products anti-tarnish?
Majority of our products come with an anti-tarnish finish. However, the appearance of silver and silver-finished products may naturally change over time depending on exposure, handling and storage.
Will the product look exactly like the website photographs?
We make every effort to represent our products accurately. However, slight variations in colour, texture, detailing or finish may occur due to handcrafted processes, screen settings and photography. Such minor variations are part of the individuality of a handcrafted product.
How should I care for my silverware?
Keep your product away from moisture, perfumes, chemicals and abrasive materials. After use, wipe it gently with a clean, soft and dry cloth. Store it in its original packaging or a dry, covered space to help preserve its finish.
Can I use chemical cleaners on silver products?
We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and chemical dips, as they may permanently damage the surface or finish. For intensive cleaning, polishing or restoration, reach out to us and we will restore your product.
Do you provide repair and restoration services?
Yes. We undertake repair, polishing, re-plating and restoration of various silver and sterling-silver articles. Each piece is assessed individually, and the recommended work, estimated cost and expected completion time are shared after inspection.
Can a product be personalised?
Personalisation may be available for selected products. Depending on the design, this may include names, initials, logos, messages or customised packaging. Please contact our team before ordering to confirm feasibility, pricing and production time.
Do you accept customised product orders?
